DeHaus, Inc. Return/ Exchange & Refund Policy

Merchandise Return/ Exchange

Our goal is your 100% satisfaction with any of our products. We proudly stand behind every DeHaus Performance Work Gear product. We will make every effort to ensure your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it for an exchange or refund. Simply return the merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days from date of purchase. After 30 days, merchandise can only be exchanged. Merchandise must be unworn, shipping is refunded only if wrong or defective item was sent, shipping label is not included. On a product that is defective, we will gladly exchange it within 30 days from date of purchase. If the item has been opened or its packaging has been damaged, the refund may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Making Your Return/ Exchange

All product returned must have prior approval from DeHaus, Inc and an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number issued. To initiate a Return/ Exchange:

  1. Login to your ‘My Account’ at www.dehaus.biz, under ‘Manage My Account’
  2. Fill out and process the ‘Return Request’ form. Once your ‘Return Request’ has been processed and approved you will be contacted via email containing a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") Number and instructions on processing your return.
  3. Use the assigned RMA Number to fill out your RMA Form and include this in you package.
  4. Clearly mark the outside of your return package and ship to the address specified by DeHaus, Inc.

DeHaus, Inc. will only pay shipping costs associated with defective or incorrectly shipped items. If the product is not covered under warranty (whether because the warranty has expired, the damage is Consumer-induced or otherwise), the Consumer can choose to have the product Exchanged/ Returned at Consumer’s expense; Consumer is responsible for all shipment and service fees associated with replacements not covered under warranty.

Any product returned to DeHaus, Inc. without an RMA Number or without RMA form will be returned to the Consumer at the Consumer’s expense. Consumer has Thirty (30) days from the date DeHaus, Inc. makes its first attempt to contact the Consumer to pay for expenses associated with the cost to return the items received without an RMA Number or proof of purchase

We reserve the right to verify return product information before issuing a return credit or product replacement. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipment to the items you are returning. Unless we made an error in order processing or shipping, return shipping fees will apply.

All refunds will be credited back by the means you made your payment.

Items must be packaged in the same manner as received. The RMA number needs to be clearly written on the outside of the shipping box or the item will be refused. An RMA form also needs to be filled out and included in the shipping box. Please contact a DeHaus sales representative for a copy of the RGA form or if you require help processing your RGA request.

Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of the RMA number in order to receive account credit. All returned items are subject for review to validate faulty condition. Once the returned item has been validated a credit will be issued. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all non- faulty related returns.

Please note that stores carrying our products are unable to accept the return of items purchased on www.dehaus.biz. Similarly, we cannot accept the return of items purchased from other stores- these items will need to be processed by those stored independently.

Processing Your Return/ Refund

Once we've received your return (typically in 7 business days), please allow up to one additional week for us to issue the exchange or refund your credit card.

In the event of a refund, your refund will be processed when all items have been determined to be in their original condition. All refunds will also be credited to the card used for the original purchase.

Please allow one billing cycle for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

Changes to our Return/ Exchange & Refund Policy

If we decide to change our Return/ Exchange & Refund Policy, we will post those changes on this page, so you are always aware of our company’s most current policies.
