Online Ordering 

Use our convenient, secure online shopping experience to order, DeHaus Performance Work Gear. Our online shopping portal is easy, safe and secure. On each of the product pages, make your option selections, add to your cart then let our e-commerce system guide you through the balance of the streamlined check-out process. This convenient online option will process your payment transaction through a secure payment gateway. Once you have completed your online order you will be sent an ‘Order Confirmation’ email. From this point, we will ensure that your order is processed and shipped promptly. At any point you have question regarding the status of your order you can login to ‘My Account’ to review the standing.

Alternate Ordering Methods

Orders can additionally be placed by Phone, Fax, or Email. All phone, fax and email orders will first need to be confirmed prior to processing. Please use the order contact information, below, to have an order processed by one of these methods.

Special Orders

A "Special Order" Item is any product that varies from the specifications set forth in our website, product literature or pricing bulletin. Requests for "Special Order" Items will require you to consult with a DeHaus Sales Representative for lead time, minimum quantities, availability, and pricing.

Order Processing

Our goal is to provide the best service in the most efficient manner possible. Orders received will be processed within 48 hours once confirmed. If an item is backordered, you will be notified immediately as to the status of the backordered item. All orders are subject to Buyer's acceptance in Columbia County, WI and are governed by Wisconsin law. (Refer to our Terms & Conditions of Use Policy)

Pricing

All products will be invoiced at the price in effect on the order date, determined by DeHaus, Inc. Company's current pricing pages. DeHaus, Inc reserves the right to adjust its current pricing to accommodate increases in manufacturing and operating costs but will make every effort to maintain pricing stability. ALL PRICING IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. An effort will be made, however, to provide sufficient lead-time to our customers before a price is changed. Please feel free to contact us for current pricing.

Payment Methods

Payment:All payments are PAYABLE IN US FUNDS ONLY. We accept American Express, Diners Club, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa credit cards which will all be processed through a secured invoice transaction.

 

Alternate Methods:We will also accept USPS Domestic Money Orders, personal and business checks; however, you will have to contact us to arrange the details of the order. When payment is made by an “Alternate Method”, your order will be processed and shipped only once the funds have cleared and are posted to our account (confirmed). Please contact us first if you wish to make a payment by an alternate method.

Returned Checks:Returned checks are subject to a $25.00 check fee.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because of the way our system processes orders, orders cannot be changed online once placed. If you feel there was an error in your order confirmation, please contact us at info@dehaus.biz or (608) 697-0699.  Cancelations must be within 2 hours of order completion.

Shipping

Free Shipping: Ordered taking advantage of our generous “Free-Shipping” offer will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail®. We do reserve the right to ship by any means necessary to meet your online shopping expectations. Should you choose a specific shipping option (See Below) these charges will be assessed to you at the time of check-out.

Shipping Options: We ship according to each customer’s request and have the capacity to ship via UPS Next Day®, UPS 2nd Day®, UPS 3-Day Select®, UPS Ground, USPSExpress®, USPSPriority Mail®, and USPSParcel Post®. If you do not see a shipping method that meets your needs contact us and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

Additional Shipping Information:

  • Shipping will be assessed as a single line item on your invoice and may contain a small handling fee based on weight and number of boxes being shipped- When applicable.
  • If you do not request a shipping method, DeHaus, Inc. reserves the right to ship according to any of our preferred methods- typically this will be via USPSPriority Mail®.
  • UPS packages are in transit on business days only (Monday through Friday). For special UPS Saturday delivery, call DeHaus, Inc customer service for a quote on the additional fee. UPS delivery times are guaranteed by UPS.  These guarantees do not cover delays due to natural disasters, or weather. We are not responsible for UPS delays, but we will refund your shipping costs and place the claim for you when UPS's guarantee covers the delay.
  • The US Post Office does not guarantee their delivery times. The 3-5 day estimate they give for USPSPriority Mail® is only an estimate and should not be considered a guarantee.
  • We cannot re-ship or place a claim on a USPSPriority Mail® package until it has been 30-days since your package has been shipped.
  • Orders shipped US Post Office are NOT Guaranteed! We are not responsible for lost or damaged orders or for packages claimed delivered by the US Post Office (via delivery confirmation) but not received by the customer.
  • DeHaus, Inc. will ship only to valid US addresses, excluding APO/FPO/DPO, PO Boxes and US Territories. For security reasons, we are unable to alter the address or redirect the package after the shipment has been made.
  • Any short shipment claims must be reported within 7 days of receipt of shipment for resolution. Missing package claims must be reported within 30 days of your order date.
  • FOB Shipping Point: Portage, Wisconsin
  • Orders returned to us due to a bad address will incur additional shipping charges to reship. If a returned order is cancelled, shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • Freight Damage: We make every attempt to ensure your order is packaged in the best possible manner for transit. However, if you should happen to receive an order that is damaged you will need to file a complaint with the shipping company. DeHaus, Inc will not be responsible for freight claims.
